Where do you get inspiration?

Hello friends

Today's card is my entry in this weeks #CASEingtuesday187 facebook challenge (from page 7 of the 2019 Sale-a-bration Catalogue). It's been a while since I played along in a challenge. It's good fun.
The rules? Makeover the chosen card (copied below). We can change a lot, a little or make the card just as it is in the catalogue. The sketch can be used as a guide when creating our cards.

I only changed the colour combo and sentiment - why mess with a great layout and design? I think the Incredible Like You stamp set and the Gala Gingham DSP work really well together. Sadly the ribbon, which was one of the FREE products with a qualifying purchase of £45 from SAB19 that proved so popular as it's all gone!! but you could easily substitute another ribbon.

This was actually one of the card projects at my monthly card classes. In the first sample I used the Daffodil Delight Gingham Gala DSP but it fell across an ink pad and got a smudge down the right hand side. So I used 3 beautiful butterflies punched from the gorgeous Botanical Butterfly DSP another SAB19 freebie with a qualifying order. Any excuse to embellish (haha).
If you'd like to purchase any of the products used for these cards simply click on the photos below to go to my Stampin’ Up On-line store, or click here for a general browse but remember to use the February Host code if your order is between £25 and £150 to get a FREE gift from me in November.

If like me you love the products and are thinking about joining Stampin' Up! I would love you to join my team - now is a brilliant time to join as you get £170 worth of Stampin’ Up! products for just £99! That's £40 more than usual.

Happy Valentine's Day

Hello again!

I've been very quiet on here the past few months. I've been doing lots of crafting, that I'll share over the coming weeks but as today is Valentine's day, I wanted to share the card I made for my lovely and tolerant hubby featuring the cute Hedgehugs stamp set. The sentiments are from the Forever Lovely stamp set from the occasions catalogue. I love the texture on the card base don't you?
The card below is the one I decised for January's monthly card class.
The next three cards are all examples of #simplestamping - it is a challenge that Stampin' Up! have given us demonstrators to show how easy it is for new crafters to make lovely cards using just stamps, ink, cardstock and on the last card a punch.
The heart is from Wood Words while the backgrounds and sentiment is from Petal Palette.
With all three cards I only used one ink colour but by stamping off it looks looks like I've used more than one doesn't it?
You can go to my Stampin’ Up On-line store by clicking here for a general browse but remember to use the February Host code which you can find at the top right hand corner of the page if your order is between £25 and £150 to get a FREE gift from me in March.

If you have any questions, live in West Sussex and would like to come to a class or host a party please get in touch at lynniecdesigns@gmail.com.
