Love You to Pieces

Hello my crafty friends

Today I'm sharing some cards made with the Love You to Pieces stamps set and Puzzle Pieces dies.
I've made a quick video which you will find below so you can see just how quick and easy it was to make this first card. This is #simplestamping at it's best just stamps, ink and some cardstock (ok and a few sequins). I love the way these two colours from the Brights collection from Stampin' Up! go together - Granny Apple Green and Flirty Flamingo. In the video I said that I'd add some hearts to the inside and promptly forgot .... brain not working properly these days!! Anyway this is what the finished article looks like.
Flirty Flamingo card cut @ 21cm x 15.9cm scored @ 10.5cm (8-1/4" x 5-7/8" scored @ 4-1/8") (for the base)
Granny Apple Green card cut @ 14.4cm x 10cm (5-5/8" x 4")
Whisper White card cut @ 13.9cm x 9.5cm (5-3/8" x 3-3/4") for outside
                                           14.4cm x 10cm (5-5/8" x 4") for inside
Flirty Flamingo and Granny Apple Green classic inks and Stampin' Write Markers
Iridescent Sequin Assortment
Multipurpose Liquid Glue
Simply Shammy
Take a Pick Tool

Below is exactly the same card using two other colours from the Brights collection - Gorgeous Grape and Coastal Cabana. I absolutely love these two colour together - so vibrant.
Click on the video below. I would love to know what you think so please do leave me a comment either here or on YouTube. I'm so grateful to each and everyone that has subscribed to my channel. I'm up to 639, the next milestone is 1,000. My mum asked if it was free to subscribe and it is - as I explained to her, by subscribing and clicking on the little bell beside the subscribe button you will be notified by YouTube when I post a new video. Did I say it's FREE so go on what are you waiting for!!
Below is a lovely wedding card made using one of the Puzzle Pieces dies. Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Basic Black and Whisper White card. The sentiments (on the front and inside) are heat embossed with Black embossing powder. Stitched nested labels dies created the label on the front.
The sentiments and little flower are from the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set and Bouquet Bunch dies. The Tufted 3D embossing folder, which sadly isn't available at the moment, created the background. On the inside the hearts are made with a retired punch.
The last card is inspired by a card in last year's annual catalogue, they are a great source of inspiration to me when I'm blocked creatively.  It again uses two colours from the Brights collection - Daffodil Delight and Melon Mango - don't they just pop. The strip of DSP is from the Brights 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper stack - the words printed are "inspire, create, share, repeat" isn't that cute?  It looks complicated but really isn't if you'd like me to do a video tutorial leave a comment below.

Stampin' Up! Mosaic Mood

Hello my crafty friends

Today's two cards are made with the Mosaic Mood Speciality Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up!, Butterfly Gala and Perennial birthday stamps, Everyday and Pretty Label punches.
The above card is one we made at class last month. The base is So Saffron with a layer of the DSP. A strip of So Saffron, embossed with the Layered Leaves 3D folder (although you can't really see the embossing as I've covered it up.  Two butterflies (from Butterfly Gala) and sentiment (from Perennial Birthday) are stamped in Early Espresso on Very Vanilla. The butterflies (coloured with Crushed curry using a blender pen) are punched with the Butterfly Duet punch and the Happy Birthday sentiment is punched using Pretty Label, the edge sponged with Crushed Curry. This is layered on a piece of Early Espesso punched with the Everyday Label.
The above card was one of the fun fold designs my ladies made at class earlier this month. A bridge card look tricky to make but they really aren't. This card has no stamping just cardstock (mint macaron) and designer series paper; the flowers, hummingbird and butterfly from the DSP pack - it was the fun fold I was hoping to teach my ladies. I will write up some instuctions.

The card below is the one I made for my lovely sister-in-law last month. I used the Make a Difference stamp set to personalise the card. On both cards pieces of Very Vanilla are adhered to the back of the card so there's plenty of space to write a message.
The Mosiac Mood DSP is a 12" x 12" pack with mosaic tile designs and floral imagery with shiny accents and contains 12 sheets, 2 each of 6 double sided designs.

Cute kids birthday card featuring Wiggle Worm bundle

Hello my crafty friends

Did you miss me? We have been on holiday to Spain for a week to stay with my lovely in-laws and oh my goodness, it was sooo hot ..... I almost melted!!!! It was my birthday while we were there so it was fun celebrating my special day in the sun with family and friends.

Today I'm sharing some cards featuring the Wiggle Worm photopolymer stamp set and Wiggle Bugs dies. They can be purchased separately but if you get them as a bundle you can save 10%.

Today's card is inspired by the sample on page 104 of the annual catalogue. I've jused the same colours but changed the layout to make it my own.
I used:-
Pacific Point card base cut @ 14.8cm x 21 cm, scored @ 10.5cm (5⅞" x 10½", scored @ 4⅛")
A piece of Pacific Point designer series paper from the Brights 6" x 6" DSP cut @ 9cm x 1.8cm (2½" x 5⅞"
Balmy Blue cardstock cut @ 9.5cm x 11 cm (3¾" x 4¼")
Granny Apple Green cardstock cut @ 7cm x 11cm (2¾" x 4¼")
2 pieces of Whisper White cardstock cut @ 10cm x 14.4cm (3⅞" x 5⅝") one for inside, the other for the stamped elements and sentiment
Brights Stampin' Write markers
Memento Black Ink
Stamperatus
Pretty Label Punch
Wink of Stella brush
Below is the bridge card we made at class - leave a comment below if you'd like me to make a video tutorial for this type of card - they are easy to make but are a real WOW card.
The last card is a diaroma card, which is made from one sheet of whisper white cardstock, and like  brdge cards fold flat so fit into a 6" x 6" envelope..
Here's a close up of all the critters - I'm so happy with the way it turned out.
There are 25 stamps in the set and 14 dies and as I explain in the video the grass die creates a fairly short strip but you can see below just how easy it is to make a longer strip.
I would love to know what you think about these cards (super cute, right?) so please leave a comment below and let me know which is your favour and if you would like a video tutorial.
